Town Deal Project Manager

TLCCH has been highly successful in its first 12 months of operation, exceeding its targets for the letting and hiring of rooms and services and embedding itself within the local community with a growing user base.  TLCCH is receiving £1.735m from the Towns Fund towards a £1.86m capital investment project to improve the building’s financial and environmental sustainability and help bring it back into use for wider adult education, skills development, and community engagement and participation. The majority of funding will be used to deliver building improvements, providing high-quality, affordable and accessible teaching, research, enterprise and workshop accommodation in the heart of Todmorden.

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in (sustainable, net-zero carbon) construction to support our project on a freelance basis.

80 – 100 days over the next 12 months, with possible extension.

Based at Todmorden Learning Centre and Community Hub.
